Welcome to Leo & Milly!
I am Jessica Hopkins, the owner of Leo & Milly, a woman owned, small floral design business. I started Leo & Milly to fulfill a dream (and to save money!). I have always loved flowers in general, but it was not until I made several personal floral purchases for family members that I made the jump. I was purchasing flowers the easy way, from big known floral delivery services, and I was consistently disappointed when I saw the result, after knowing the price I paid. On a whim, I decided to obtain my license so I could purchase flowers from local sources and at a fraction of the price. I researched and learned various techniques, attended workshops, and throughout my adventure, I have gained a wealth of experience and continue to expand on my creativity.
I thrive to create memorable arrangements for all occasions and use personal touches to relate to my clients. Whether big or small, I can help bring your floral vision to life!
